Michal Wanski, Altair Engineering presents: “How to design for Additive Manufacturing”

Michal Wanski, Account Manager at Altair Engineering GmbH, presents at the 3D Design & Engineering Conference: “How to design for Additive Manufacturing”.

Additive manufacturing enables creating of highly efficient structures. To fully exploit the advantages of this technology and to tap the lightweight potential, it is important that the components are designed and optimized in advance using topology optimization. Combined use of topology optimization and additive manufacturing enables creating optimal structure with respect to a weight, performance and stiffness. In this talk I will present how Altair and our Solutions can be  used in the design process.
